CINEMA LEXZIKON IS SEEKING A DYNAMIC AFRICAN AMERICAN ACTRESS WITH ACTING AND ATHLETIC SKILLS
FOR A BRAND NEW ACTION FILM

BANGIN’!

We are writing to inform you that you have been contacted based on your ONLINE portfolio. Our selection process is quite stringent and comprehensive, so please read on before submitting any materials. WE have been auditioning for several months now, across the Midwest. Our budget and time constraints have forced us to cut short any further auditions outside of Ohio, so this is the last chance for any prospective actresses to take a giant step toward indie film stardom. We have not found the one person who is talented enough to take on this role, although we have currently a small handful of hopefuls who will be competing for this role.

On August 9th and 10th, we will be holding callbacks for our next feature film BANGIN. Several other performers have already auditioned, so we have seen them before and they will have advantage. If this is your first time auditioning for us, you will have an opportunity to impress us, and make our choice even harder.

This notification will state in explicit detail what is expected of you, if you decide to continue in this process.

Please keep in mind that this role will require a complex retinue of skills. The primary skills are acting and athletic ability.

This is a film which is made in the tradition of KILL BILL, and will contain, violence, sexual suggestiveness (no total nudity-to be explained in detail later in this notice), profanity, etc. In addition, the script concerns the very controversial nature of God and the theological concept of “free will” vs. “predetermined destiny”.

If you have concerns that any of this is offensive to you, PLEASE WITHDRAW yourself from the audition process IMMEDIATELY. We also ask you to immediately review our highly detailed explanation of “love scenes” or “sex scenes” on our casting page at our website. If this explanation does not satisfy you, WITHDRAW YOURSELF IMMEDIATELY from the casting PROCESS.

In addition, any actress who is eventually selected for the starring role, will undergo athletic and martial arts training which will occupy most of your weekends up to the time of filming. We are trying to coordinate training schedules with our martial arts stunt coordinators, which may require you to travel for some or all of these sessions. One of our trainers is in Indianapolis, the other here in Columbus. You will also be expected to be in a certain accelerated level of physical condition. While we do not want an overly bulky or muscular performer, muscle tone and an athletic appearance will be vital to making this role believable. You will not be required to pay anything for these sessions.

There is a short list of films you will be required to watch to understand the nature of the role you are competing for. These films MUST be viewed will be listed in detail to those we select for an audition. DO NOT COME TO THE AUDITION not having watched these films. DO WATCH the films with an eye on how the main character in each film deals with violence, and/or how they change from peaceful to violent and how they reconcile this behavior in the name of doing good.

We understand that this is quite a lot to ask of a performer, however, the importance of this role cannot be overstated. While we will not be paying you millions of dollars, we will be securing a budget for this film. If you are coming here form out of town, we WILL provide accommodations, and hope to offer some type of monetary compensation.

This means that the lady chosen for the starring role will have her image seen in more than 100 countries, and may even qualify for an award or two along the way.

Our final decision on the actress chosen will be made one to two weeks after the call backs, if we find the actress who has the elements we seek for the role.

2. After your audition, you will be interviewed by our production staff at length to make sure you understand what is expected of you if you are chosen for the role. We will discuss your work habits, and what your idea of team work is. This interview is just as important as your performance in the auditions.
